  • Overview

    AMResorts seeks an organized, process-oriented Traffic Coordinator for its Marketing Department. This role will be responsible for directing project workflow to and from internal branding and creative teams. Ensures all incoming requests are received, validated and assigned to appropriate resources for completion. Creates and maintains project schedules to track and prioritize responsibilities between various departments.

     

    Must have 3+ years trafficking print and digital media projects in an agency or in-house creative department.

     

    Excellent time management and communication skills are vital as this role interacts cross-team to keep projects moving seamlessly through the workflow process.

     

    Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Own, monitor and manage heavy volume of incoming request queue
    • Manage up at risk and late projects to creative leadership
    • Lead daily Creative Team traffic meeting
    • Work with creative leadership in resourcing projects
    • Maintain project templates
    • Assess workflow and processes for optimization
    • Collaborate and communicate effectively to track, disseminate information and deliver projects on target
    • Keep up with a rapidly changing work environment where priorities may shift from day-to-day
    • Report on project status as needed
    • Run reports such as, but not limited to, resource utilization and project health
    • Additional job-related responsibilities as needed

    Qualifications:


    Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Graphic Design or similar

     

    Experience:

    • 3+ years working in an in-house marketing, creative department or similar; agency experience a plus
    • Language(s):
    • English
    • Spanish (Not required, but a plus
    • Required skills: 
    • Knowledge of print and digital workflows/production processes
    • Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
    • Works well under pressure and within tight deadlines
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills
    • Thorough and precise in work
    • Initiative to manage all work through to completion
    • Positive attitude
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
    • Basic business acumen

     

    Portfolio Requirements:

     

    Demonstrated experience developing a project schedule, workflow diagram or statement of work.
