    Responsible for executing Revenue Management functions for various consumer brands.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop pricing and revenue management strategy based on sales trends, competitive environment, revenue goals, cost of good changes, and other items.
    • Drive profitability by using strategic and innovative thinking through data analysis.
    • Monitor, track and achieve brand goals. 
    • Compile and deliver various reports and scorecards based on business needs.
    • Maintain accurate and competitive pricing that meets the objectives for the product line.
    • Maintain and process air file revisions & air mark-ups and coordinate the implementation of land component updates.
    • Communicate product financial performance and coordinate with teams to ensure actions/strategy in place to address.
    • Perform competitive analysis and necessary actions as it affects the region.
    • Analyze sales trends and profits to measure regional goals for all vacation products for assigned origins or destinations.
    • Be accountable for monitoring, tracking, and achieving regional goals. Communicate weekly updates on goals to appropriate team members.
    • Assist in forecast and budget process for origins and destinations.
    • Provide input regarding sales and margin goals and expense parameters.
    • Assist in price strategy, product elements, and successful build of all vacation products.
    • Assist in determining key deals and resorts to merchandise.
    • Support of hotel utilization goals and development/communication of specific needs necessary.
    • Perform other tasks and projects as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree required.  Preferably (but not required) in a technical field such as economics, finance, statistics, operations research, industrial engineering, or other technical field.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
    • Knowledge of financial analysis.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Good organizational skills.
    • Detail oriented.
    • Ability to work independently and operate effectively within a team environment.
    • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
    • Good time management skills.
    • Ability to work well under stress and manage multiple projects at one time.
    • Ability to solve problems under time constraints.
