About the role
As the Director of BeachBound Strategy and Execution, you play an integral role in growing BeachBound from a small-scale startup to an industry-leading brand. A key part of your role will be helping build the vision for BeachBound’s key value proposition which is “Endless beaches. Endless experiences.” Working across the organization you will help drive this vision while scaling the business. This is a broad role that encompasses understanding and driving all aspects of the business, including pricing, website design, consumer insight, supply strategy, marketing, and overall business strategy. The role reports directly to the President, BeachBound and CheapCaribbean, and will serve as his representative at many senior-level meetings.
