  • Overview

    The HRIS Coordintator will report to the HRBP.  This is a temporary, full time position.

    Responsibilities

      • Timely and accurate data entry of all HR related transactions including new hires, terminations, promotions, transfers, leaves of absence, job status changes, pay changes, personal data updates
      • Collect and organize all required paperwork for all transactions to support audit requirements
      • Data entry of employee 401k and Roth deductions from Vanguard; validate benefits deductions from bswift
      • Provide expertise for ad hoc data and reporting requests for HR resources; create and distribute reports as needed
      • Coordinate HR transaction production issue resolution with ADP
      • Provide support for employees and HR resources service requests
      • Provide backup for end user security access
      • Proactively recommend improvements to processes 
      • Assist with documentation and testing of new functionality and system upgrades
      • Assist with iCims Recruiting and Onboarding administration and data integration

    Qualifications

      • ADP Enterprise HR/Payroll system experience or similar HRIS (i.e. PeopleSoft, Oracle, Workday, SAP)
      • Knowledge of effective dated HRIS systems
      • Knowledge of typical HR related business processes
      • Proficient in use of MS WORD, Excel and Outlook
      • Attention to detail; ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
      • Ability to maintain strict confidence in handling sensitive information
