You will define the strategic roadmap for digital experiences across brands including websites, mobile offerings, engagement programs, advertising, communication and provides thought leadership. 


    • Oversee the development of digital strategies and targeted, multi-channel engagement programs for consumer brands.
    • Translate key business challenges and customer needs into digital opportunities.
    • Lead a team of digital strategists on innovating digital brand experiences.
    • Lead cross-team collaboration in the development of the strategy and deployment of all digital and online enhancements.
    • Define and maintain the road map for business requirements, web experiences and engagement/retention programs.
    • Work with leadership to prioritize opportunities, define the vision, scope, and requirements for digital offerings and align with the purpose and function of digital channels.
    • Actively seek emerging digital technology related to “marketing” automation, and customer products/experiences to implement across brands and improve engagement ROI.
    • Liaise with Finance to add ROI focus to initiatives and prioritize features.
    • Identify and manage NEW strictly digital vendor relationships (e.g. Adobe) and act as a liaison between the IT department and outside vendors for development and maintenance of online initiatives.
    • Oversee department budgets and approvals. Accountable for delivering against business objectives.
    • Provide thought leadership for eCommerce initiatives, leveraging industry best practices, bench marking, trends and competitive intelligence.
    • Lead management meetings to ensure understanding of road maps, priorities, schedules and organizational constraints.


    • Bachelor’s degree
    • 7 years related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Master’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field of study is desired.
    • 7 or more years of expert level related experience, including leadership, marketing, account management, negotiation and/or sales
    • Ability to lead, manage and hold others accountable across all departments and levels of the organization.  Ask questions and challenge team.
    • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, project management, and coordination of people and resources.
    • Knowledge of principles and methods for promoting products and services, including marketing strategy and tactics
    • Motivating, developing, and directing people as they work, identifying the best people for the job.
    • Travel industry knowledge or experience preferred
