    Apple Leisure Group (ALG) is a vertically integrated private equity portfolio company in the travel and hospitality space, focused on packaged travel and resort/brand management in Mexico and the Caribbean. ALG currently operates 6 subsidiaries, including a resort and brand management company, 2 tour operators, an online travel agency and a loyalty program.

     

    The Sr. Business Process Analyst will help lead the process redesign/change initiatives across Apple Leisure Group. Managing Process improvement projects across the entire organization including Marketing, Operations, Accounting, Call Center, and other various departments.  In addition to developing new business processes, assist with training personnel on new processes, IT application selection, and implementation.  This person through their thoughtfulness and ability to create savings will create demand for process change efforts.

    Responsibilities

    • Works cross-functionally to integrate IT process and procedure changes. Assesses, creates, and documents assignments, including but not limited to, change impacts, change strategies, risks, communications, training, and reporting. Conducts organizational readiness assessments and stakeholder analyses to ensure seamless execution of change management activities across the enterprise.
    • Responsible for initiating, monitoring and executing complex continuous improvement projects as assigned to increase productivity, maximize profitability, and improve customer satisfaction.
    • Makes recommendations for integrating lean initiatives in partnership with various departments to drive projects to completion.
    • Assists in the identification, selection, scope and execution of projects; utilizing Key Process Indicators and uniform Process and Change methodologies.
    • Manages multiple projects simultaneously while still delivering to agreed-upon time lines
    • Defines and measures success metrics and monitors change progress. Stays abreast and trains on new technologies and tools that are related to job duties
    • Serves as a change agent creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption, usage and minimize resistance.
    • Implements change management processes including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures.
    • Drives faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization and greater proficiency of the changes that impact employees in the organization to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes.
    • Develops employee competencies in utilizing price and change methodologies and tools at all levels of the organization. Promotes and fosters an environment supportive of continuous learning, personal accountability and comprehension of the proper utilization of tools. Facilitates training sessions as needed.
    • Drives associates' engagement and develop Process and Change capabilities through coaching and mentoring at all levels (associate to management) within the site. Sustain business improvement results through the application of Lean, Six Sigma, ME2, Do It Right and other continuous improvement methodologies.
    • The Sr. Analyst will demonstrate the ability to partner with other stakeholders to develop effective and efficient processes from project inception and resolve major, multi-faceted line improvement opportunities.
    • Coordinates systems or processes to review and drive progress on Operational Excellence and cost reduction efforts.

    Qualifications

    • 3 to 5 years of experience
    • Bachelor Degree preferred
    • Knowledge of workflow flow development methodology preferred
    • Experience leading Process optimization
    • Previous experience with Lean, Six Sigma, ME2, and other continuous improvement methodologies
    • Proficient in Microsoft Applications
    • Problem-solving and time management skills
    • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
    • Knowledge of change management best practices
    • Travel - up to 20%
