The Manager, Network and Telephony Engineering will lead a small team in the design and delivery of reliable, scalable, sustainable, and cost-effective data and voice solutions across ALG’s dynamic global enterprise. This role will ensure all committed objectives are met adhering to approved standards, budgets and deadlines. In addition to leading the team, this position will also have responsibilities as an individual contributor, performing technical Network/Telephony Engineer tasks.
This cross-functional leader will be responsible for developing, defining and implementing solutions that maximize operational efficiency and performance while ensuring the highest levels of uptime and reliability. He/She will drive efficiencies through automation, repeatable processes, and reducing rework. Budgetary responsibilities include proposing, tracking, and optimizing network/telephony spend.
